However, as each woman is different, you are welcome to suggest a custom package more suited to your individual needs.

3 x Prenatal visits of approximately 1.5 hours duration per visit**
Visit outlines are custom to your needs, fears and desires
Unlimited email & phone support from the moment you have employed me as your doula to six weeks after your baby is born
On call to you 24 hours, 7 days per week, two weeks prior to your due date until your baby is born
Attendance at your labour and birth until you are ready for some quiet family time

3 x Postnatal visits of approximately 1 hour duration per visit
Use of my doula labour bag which includes items to make you and your partner comfortable
Use of my doula library including DVD’s and books about pregnancy, birth and parenting
Assistance with the creation of your birth intentions document
Photos taken at your birth to capture those special first moments then printed for you on premium photo paper
in black and white. All photos are given to you on CD for you to print any further copies you wish
Your choice of one of the following;
a) a house tidy up so you can relax with your new baby after returning home from hospital
b) a manicure and pedicure during your pregnancy or after baby is born
c) personalised affirmation cards for use during your labour
**On negotiation, visits can be split up in to two separate visits if a little bit more comfort or support is needed

1 x Prenatal visit of approximately 2 hours duration
On call to you 24 hours, 7 days per week, two weeks prior to your due date until your baby is born.
Attendance at your labour and birth until you are ready for some quiet family time
Postnatal visits may be arranged at an additional fee of $25.00 per hour depending on availability
Additional postnatal visits may be arranged at an hourly rate depending on availability. During these visits I can help you ease into your role as parents by (but not limited to);
Light errands such as paying bills, returning library books, grocery shopping
Light housework
Holding baby while you have a shower
Accompanying you on your first outing with your new baby to help build your parenting confidence
Catching up for a coffee if you would like to debrief or want some female company
As each woman and family is individual and has different wants and needs, custom packages may be arranged.
If you are having a hard time financially and would really like to have access to doula support, I am willing to negotiate my fees in order to help. I firmly believe that all women should have access to the maternity care they want and need.
